I bought in the past this theme, and now i’ve to pay this theme again if i want to update, because the theme has a bug that sends pishing mails and have to close
the website from goverment. Now the customer has no content anymore and is no longer available on the internet. I think its a big mistake the developers make a mistake and my lawyer
going to figger out all this.. all the lost we’ve through this bug we will get back from your developers and i want to warn everybody that they can get the same business as we do by now!
I’ve there are updates that gives more options ore anything else oke let people pay for this but not let them buy the theme again!

Please note we sell themes and not full service regarding website like hosting, backup, customisation update etc. It is strongly advised by whole WordPress community to always make sure that your WordPress, theme and plugins are up-to-date to keep your website secure. We are not responsible for your website and making regular updates and backups. Furthermore we are not obligated to provide our Themeforest themes existing customers with updates. This is not in their terms. I understand this could note be clearly stated by them. Please contact your hosting provider how you can get backup files to restore your website.
  
  Moving themes from Themeforest to our Club website we guarantee that customer will be able to have access to regular updates. For customers who are not willing to pay $50/yearly we recommend make updates on their own or hire freelancer, maybe somebody will do this for free.

I have a site with version 2.11 of the City Guide theme which was built by a developer who is no longer operating. The state drop-down is not working for WooCommerce checkout. Would this be fixed by updating the theme?

    I am struggeling a lot trying to find out HOW to import this demo content into the Rounder theme… The “easy admin”-plugin is not compatible with Rounder theme and I do not see an import option!
    
    Can you tell me how, if it really is possible?

      Hello Fred,
      thanks for getting back on this. I apologize for my first misunderstanding. Rounder theme has been created based on our older “Framework I” and it means it is not available from the theme administration by default. Demo content can be achieved from the theme folder directly only.
      Regarding Easy Admin plugin – compatible themes are: BUSINESSFINDER+ CITY GUIDE DIRECTORY+ EVENT GUIDE FOODGUIDE TRANSLATED & MULTILINGUAL THEMES. Rounder theme is not compatible unfortunately.

  any of our products comes with access to support forum and access to all updates valid for a 1 year. After one year you are free to prolong the subscription and get the same benefits of the products /for the same price/.
