This plugin extends functionality of listed items. As an administrator of your directory site, you can allow your users to claim existing listed items if they are their owners. Then the user, owner of listed company or etc., can administer his item presentation and update its information on his own. Simple as that.

Hi, Just a quick question about your ‘claim your listing’ plugin.

When the admin approves or declines the listing claim request does the user receive an email informing them?

    Thanks

Does the plug-in allow for recurring billing via Stripe? We could not get PayPal to work with the site or the plug-in, moved to stripe, but now cannot do recurring billing. Thank you in advance for any feedback

    1. Zlatko

      Hi there,
thanks for asking. We are sorry, Stripe Payment plugin doesn’t use the option for recurring payments. It requires further customisation.
Secondly, we are sorry we don’t offer any additional services related to websites of themes users except the following ones: https://www.ait-themes.club/services/ . In general, support covers mainly finding of solutions for problems and helps to users to find the way how to use any of our products. And if there is a bug we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are not capable working on user’s custom websites.
      Best regards!

  5. Tony

We cannot figure out how to get PayPal to work, so we moved to strip, it works but we cannot do recurring billing for the claim my listing section.

  6. Mark

This plugin is flawed in a major way.

There is NO option to hide certain fields / information. Why would a business owner Claim their Listing if all the information is visible? There is no reason to.

You could say so they can update presentation etc but if you are trying to sell the listing to them you’d make sure it was well presented anyway.

    1. Zlatko

      Hello Mark,
thanks for your message. You can disable some sections in item detail page or customize a little bit your theme: https://www.ait-themes.club/knowledge-base/hide-parts-of-website-via-css/
      Best regards!
