Theme is compatible with Permission manage plugin that allows to give users some ability to manage different custom post types basis on admin decision only. thanks for asking. Does the issue still persists, as i have noticed that you were able to download product a few hours later? Or, are you asking about the Services custom post type? Well in such a case there are some differences between the themes as not each theme uses the same custom post type and the element in page builder. Should you be interesting to extend theme functionality it requires customization and i would advise you to contact an experienced wordpress developer/designer who will help you to create unique web site.

Free version of the theme doesn’t use AIT Toolkit plugin: https://www.ait-themes.club/wordpress-plugins/ait-elements-toolkit/ (which means: no pre-made custom post types, no Elements to show them in Page Builder, search form without some functionality, no sidebars etc). All you can do with free theme version is setting of colors and some basic functionality, in fact theme is suitable for personal use only (not ready for commercial purpose, no technical support).

How can I configure the left sidebar? “General (subpage)” does not exist although it is on the list of pages for the sidebar. Also Portfolio Item gives an empty sidebar when I have already many Portfolio items added.
