I had a question before buying your plug in. With this plug in, will users be able submit their own events on the frontend? Or, will users have to submit an event through the backend of the site?

    Best regards.

      Hello Jeremiah,
thanks for asking. After registration users can have the ability to add/manage events through the admin (back-end).
You can help to all of your users when you introduce a nicer design of the WP administration by using Easy Admin plugin: https://www.ait-themes.club/doc/how-to-enable-easy-admin-in-directory-type-theme/ you can create an user friendly admin’s feel of look and comfortable navigation, which helps especially to all non-wordpress users in order simplify their work in WordPress administration. Please have a look at documentation files also at: https://www.ait-themes.club/documentation/#easy-admin-plugin
      Thanks for understanding.
      Kind regards!

          Hello Annie,
thanks for asking. Currently we have no plan and no feedback from our client which a 3rd developers plugin would work correctly as we do not perform testing on compatibility with our theme. Anyhow, due to the fact that new WordPress version Gutenberg is a fact, we step by step create modules also for directory functionality based on client’s demands. We should start working on it during this year.
Thanks for your understanding and patience.
          Best!

Hi does the event pro plugin allow you to turn it on and off depending on the plan chosen? Side note, will you be adding a coupons plugin? Whats the alternative to use in the meantime. Thank you.

    1. Zlatko

      Hello Annie,
thanks for asking. Yes, you can enable/disable an option based on the level of user packages in order to manage ability to post/edit events pro custom post types. Secondly, we have no plan to add coupon plugin for the moment and we didn’t test 3rd party developers plugin. Did you see special offer plugin? https://www.ait-themes.club/wordpress-plugins/special-offers/
      Best regards!

    Hello.
It’s a pity that the plugin isn’t compatible with the Food Guide theme.
Are there any plans for this integration?
I think it would be a good idea, since many restaurants and bars promote events regularly.
    Thank you.

    1. Zlatko

      Hello Pierre,
thanks for getting back on this. We’ll consider your interesting idea and make decision. Currently we are working on the other projects with the highest priority, thanks for your understanding and patience.
      Best regards!

      Hi there,

thanks for asking. First of all you should create user’s packages in order to set the prices. Events PRO custom post types can be linked with a 3rd party ticket portal through which ate events managed. Should you decide to manage all events as admin you can link posts even with WooCommerce plugin. For detailed info please check out the documentation: https://www.ait-themes.club/documentation/#events-pro-plugin

      Best regards!

  5. Amber

    Hi,
I’m using this plugin on my website and I love it. Is there any way to import events from facebook? It should be great and very fast 🙂
    Thank you!
    Amber

    1. Zlatko

      Salve Amber,
thanks for your compliments. We are sorry we have no functionality implemented for importing events from facebook.
      Kind regards!

  6. Ian

I have a question before buying your Directory theme and this plugin. You mentioned in an earlier post “After registration users can have the ability to add/manage events through the admin (back-end).”

Does this mean they have access to the entire WP dashboard, or just be able to submit an event which will be held for review before the website owner decides to publish the event?

    1. Zlatko

      Hello Ian,

thanks for interesting in directory products.
In order to give users ability manage events (after installation Events PRO plugin) please consider to proceed the following steps:
      After creating registration form: https://www.ait-themes.club/doc/how-to-create-submit-listing-page/
or https://www.ait-themes.club/doc/how-to-create-registration-and-login-page-using-directory-type-theme/ you should set the user’s packages: https://www.ait-themes.club/doc/users-registration-packages-options/
Once users are registered you give them an access to create and manage Items custom post type: https://www.ait-themes.club/doc/items/ or even in Events Pro posts (if they you are using Events Pro plugin): https://www.ait-themes.club/doc/users-registration-and-packages-option/
Should you be interesting to give your users the more ability in order to manage even the more custom post types, elements etc, please consider Permission Manager plugin: https://www.ait-themes.club/wordpress-plugins/ait-permissions-manager
      Secondly,
yes, users have the option to manage their content via panel administration in WordPress.
      Hope it swill help you.
      Best!
      Zlatko
